PRODUCT RETURN
POLICY
To return a

If by any
chance you have changed your mind about a product you have received, you may
return it within 14 days beyond the date of receival, as long as the product
and its original packaging are in perfect condition, without damages, stickers, etc. In
order to accept the return, company needs to verify products are in good
condition, without product labels being removed, in the initial packaging and
accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
The right
of withdrawal excludes products related to personal care and hygiene such as
e.g. indicative nail polishes, scissors, cutters, tweezers, files, brushes for
which their use is not distinct.

RIGHT OF
WITHDRAWAL
You are
entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days beyond the receival date
of your order. When product is received by the company and good condition is
verified, as described above, then the company shall proceed in refunding the
initial amount relevant to the purchase. Delivery and pay on delivery expenses
are not refunded.
Please take
into account that promotional activities shall not be refunded. If customer
does not desire to exchange the product, then a credit note may be issued for
future purchases.
EXCHANGES
You are
entitled to exchange a product within 14 days beyond the receival date. In case
you desire to exchange the product you purchased, then you shall follow the formentioned
procedure. In order to proceed to exchanging, we shall confirm the availability
of the products you wish to receive. That is why, previous contact via
telephone or e-mail is suggested so that we confirm the products you desire
anew are in stock. In case the value of exchanged products is less than the one
of the initial order, then the amount of money in excess shall be refunded.
New order
delivery expenses are charged to the customer. When you take responsibility for
product return, we suggest you opt for a courier company, since we do not
assume responsibility for any losses or damage during dispatching. Furthermore,
our company is not to pick up any parcels though post.
FAULTY OR
WRONG PRODUCT
We do our
best to make sure that products are received by customers in perfect condition.
If by any
chance, you receive a faulty product or not the one you ordered, then please
contact us.
We will
cover for the return expenses and a full refund within 15 days either in your
credit card or bank account depending on the way you initially paid for the
specific order.

refund the amount, our company needs to confirm the fault on our behalf.
Products are to be in the initial packaging, not worn and bearing product
